Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product ordered from quylte.com ("quylte.com","bearpaw","bearpawquilting.com" "BEAR PAW QUILT CO", "quylte"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and quylte.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and quylte.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from quylte.com.

Warranties; All Product Sold "AS-IS" or "With All Faults"

QUYLTE.COM IS A RETAILER ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY QUYLTE.COM ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY QUYLTE.COM. QUYLTE.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. QUYLTE.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH QUYLTE.COM ARE SOLD "AS-IS" OR "WITH ALL FAULTS." THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE ITEMS IS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD ANY OF THESE ITEMS PROVE DEFECTIVE, DO NOT FUNCTION, OR FUNCTION IMPROPERLY IN ANY WAY FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER, AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR QUYLTE.COM , ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR.

SHIPPING Methods
We ship through the United States Post Office via Priority Mail, Parcel Post and Express Mail when requested. Because we fill most orders within 24 hours during the business week, we are able ship your package using the most cost effective method. Statistically the USPS will deliver most orders within a just few business days. This does not include delays by the USPS, delays by the USPS are out of our control. i.e. if a package arrives after expected delivery. The USPS expected delivery date is an estimate. We also ship internationally, however international postage charges will not appear on your invoice until after your order has been packaged and weighed. Because of ever changing needs the CUSTOMER grants quylte full right and privilege to change the shipping method.

Shipping Charges
Your cost for purchase of any product will include the estimated shipping and handling charges shown on your quylte invoice. In some cases the actual postage may be higher than our estimate, in which case CUSTOMER agrees to allow quylte to collect the difference. CUSTOMER grants full right and privilege to quylte to charge the CUSTOMER the difference between the estimated shipping charges on the quylte.com invoice and the actual USPS Window charge. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to quylte in accordance with our return policy.

Risk of Loss or delay of delivery
quylte.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. quylte.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow quylte.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit quylte.com to protect its purchase money security interest. quylte.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates by e-mail via STAMPS.COM, but quylte.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Return Policy

To request a RAN number, simply contact one of our representatives during office hours by calling us at: 1-618-662-3391

EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be made on a case per case basis and require an RAN issued by quylte.com. Exchanges must be in the same condition as shipped (i.e. not cut, washed or any alterations of any kind) and must be of even yardages (i.e. 1yd, 2yd, 3yd, etc). There are no restocking fees for exchanges. Customer understands that quylte.com cannot exchange after 30 days from the day of purchase nor will there be any exchange of any altered items.

RETURNS
Returns may be made on a case per case basis and require an RAN. Returns must be in the same condition as shipped (i.e. not cut, washed or any alterations of any kind). There is a 25% restocking fees for returns and must be of even yardages (i.e. 1yd, 2yd, 3yd, etc). We do not accept returns on discounted, sale items or fleece cuts of 2 yards or less. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to copyright issues patterns and books may not be returned.
PACKAGING & SHIPMENT ERRORS
If you have received an incorrect item(s), please call us @ 1-618-662-3391, so we may immediately begin to correct the error.

REFUNDS
Customers with a RAN number who request a refund can expect to be refunded in the method in which you paid within 7-14 business days of our receipt of their return after we received the items back from you. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with quylte.com's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between quylte.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between quylte.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
quylte.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.

Order
During the check out("order") process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date and CVV information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.

If you choose to reject the cookie, you can still browse our store but will be unable to use the shopping cart to buy merchandise. Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information, and we do not distribute or share IP information with any third parties.

Sharing
